Laura Sawyer
Laura is an experienced Performance Coach and trainer with a background in the finance sector. She specialises in Leadership Development and is particularly interested in working with people new to management roles. She assists them in building the skills they need to lead, manage, and develop high-performing teams.
Laura is passionate about coaching and communication and has studied NLP to the Master Practitioner level. Laura is also a qualified teacher of adult learners and was a part-time lecturer at the Isle of Man Business School for several years.
