David Wall
David is Head of Strategy for Limitless, joining us following his successful exit from Cintra Global (formerly Unaterra).
David is a seasoned entrepreneur, strategist, and business leader with a track record of founding, scaling, and successfully exiting high-growth businesses across international markets. His career spans three distinct disciplines: law, the military, and entrepreneurship. This combination shaped a leadership style defined by rigour, commercial acumen and strategic expertise.
In 2014, David co-founded UnaTerra, now known as Cintra Global, a professional services firm specialising in global payroll, HR, and advisory services operating across 75 countries.
As CEO, he bootstrapped the business to multimillion-pound revenues, secured private equity investment in 2019, and delivered 400% growth over five years before leading the company to a profitable exit. During that time, he advised more than 500 CFOs, controllers, and HR directors on international operations, and built a team of over 50 professionals across global markets.
David was drawn to Limitless Group, not only by the rigour of the science, but by the mission behind it. His experience building a business under sustained pressure gave him first-hand understanding of what resilience demands in practice, and why so few organisations prioritise it until it is too late.
At Limitless, David leads strategic development, bringing the same discipline and ambition that defined his entrepreneurial career to the task of scaling a company he believes in.
